Will seldom rise above the .500 mark? We’ve been doing this whole ‘win on tuesday lose on Saturday’ thing for a while now....

Mediocre?

Merriam Webster definition:

Moderate or low quality.

WVU is FOURTH in the Big 12! That means, by your "mediocre" standard, Oklahoma, Texas, TCU, etc. are worst than "mediocre," whatever that is. 7-7 is average in any intelligent book. "Mediocre" is NOT as good as average. Learn the English language if you must insult the Mountaineers!!!!

Now, let's get ready to hand another horns-down beatdown to Texas at 7 pm Monday in Austin!!!!

Considering the talent that’s on this team......mediocre is appropriate

Don't try to be smart Eers. Not a good look for you my friend. Just stay consistent with how you post and stay in your homer fanboy lane.

Mediocre means neither good nor bad. 7-7 is mediocre, no matter how many times that you throw a tantrum in bold red letters about it. 19-8, on the other hand, is good.

He failed at math.

Huggs haters only count the last couple of weeks and not the whole body of work.

You think it's bad now wait until we lose first round of Big 12 and then the first round again in the NCAA.

Taking pokes at Huggins is demeaning … and says far more about the poster than it does Huggins. His resume is impeccable. Unless the poster is CEO of the company, by the standard the poster sets, the poster is a miserable failure in life. So he takes it out on Huggins and the players. Pathetic. I will ALWAYS prefer a thumbs-up to a middle finger! Statistics prove that people who do that live longer, happier lives. Grouches just post nasty stuff about coaches and players who are doing a much better job than the poster is doing in HIS life and career! Now, horns-down time tonight in Texas!

So mentioning Huggins’ record in the Big XII is demeaning? What does that say about his record?

What is Huggins’ life time record in the big xii?

Looks to me like everyone in the Big 12 should be fired except Bill Self.

Bill Self 232–53 (.814) - (money buys a lot of wins)
Steve Beard 37–27 (.578) - (Thank God for last year. Right Steve old boy.
Bob Huggins127–102 (.555) - (Last years 4-14 took a toll.)
Bruce Weber 71–69 (.507)
Lon Kruger 72–72 (.500)
Scott Drew 137–147 (.482)
Steve Prohm 39–47 (.453)
Shaka Smart 35–48 (.422)
Jamie Dixon 23–32 (.418)
Mike Boynton Jr 13–30 (.302)

Right so Huggins is about a .500 coach...which goes back to the first post in this thread...win on Tuesday lose on Saturday..and we should just accept it.

Kansas & Baylor have been hanging 2Ls on everyone. If we could just find a way to grind out one road W and hold court vs Oklahoma we would actually end up in the top half of the conference standings. Of course that makes the KSt & TCU Ls that much worse. I think Huggs needs to go with a shorter bench and cut down on the bad possessions.

Medicore, mediocre, mediocre.

Yes, low-quality basketball.

Nothing like pissing away the season.

Great coaching job by Huggins.

You'll never get big red sarcophagus to admit it but mediocre is precisely what these guys are. If this continues, they won't be deserving of an NCAA bid.

<stron 48-point turnaround against Texas!

WVU has become the Barney Fife of the Big 12.

No bullets in their guns.

Gang That Can’t Shoot Straight.

Team that can’t chew gum and dribble at the same time.

48-point turnaround from 1st to 2nd game against Texas.

From a team whose home arena is just down the street from Don Knotts Boulevard in Morgantown, too. As West Virginians know, Knotts was a WVU graduate.

Tonight the WVU team is tied in knots by one of the worst teams in the Big 12.

I have no idea what has happened to the team that was the #2 seed in NCAA bracketology projections.

It’s as if the team was built on stilts 3-stories high and a tsunami of vodka knocked them into a drunker stupor.

I will always cheer for my alma mater. But they are making it very difficult right now.

Total collapse.

Oklahoma is licking its chops!!!

Care to revise your previous tantrums regarding the meaning of mediocre and how wvu was not?

Yet all the other Big 12 coaches are allowed to be .500, you're just as dumb as the rest of the fraud fans. Here during losses gone during wins.

Just 1 time bring your bull **** criticism after a win.

Oklahoma coming off a terrible road loss to Oklahoma State. What! Another team lost on the road. Shocking. WVU wins this one by 6.
