No surprise that Chizik is 8th I guess, except that he's 8th in the SEC, not in the country.

I thought it was funny they said they had trouble deciding whether or not torankMullen #19 since his record was only 21-17. Hell, Kiffin's is only 25-13 at two of the top programs in NCAA history (#7 and #9 in all time winning percentage).

Both of those schools were shells of themselves while Kiffen was/is there. Sanctions, scholarship reductions, NCAA clouds, etc..

USC was pretty good last year, and they're a top 5 team this year. He's a better coach than we give him credit for.

or clouds of investigations. And his record at UT is pretty much the same as Derreck Dooley's is.

but there are a lot of players to go around... Oregon, Cal, UCLA (somehow), ND, and even Washington get a ton of great players from SoCal lately.. USC has lost out on a lot of highly ranked SoCal guys that they really wanted but luckily they can recruit nationally and they've picked up some highly ranked players from out of state (notably Florida). They already have a top 5 DT from Delaware and the #1 QB recruit in the nation (from Washington) for next year.
