The Marriott Marquis downtown is a nice place to stay. Shacked up there on a two week business stay there last October and had no complaints. Nice hotel.<div>Oh and don't confuse bankhead and buckhead if you get out wanting the see the out skirts of the city. </div>paindonthurt said:

Stay at any of the downtown hotels....Marriott Marquis or Hilton Towers
Like beer, hit up Gordon Biersch for pregame drinks (peachtree and 6th street)
There are also several bars down toward 10th Street
Cheetah is alright...ive spent a few nights there (even with my wife...she liked to go critique the talent....quite comical)
I believe there is a Pink Pony somewhere on 285...not sure
you could always hit up buckhead

And then pay the extra 20 or 30 bucks to sit in VIP.Itreally isnt a different section, but it is about a 1 to 1 ratio dancer to guy. The lap dances are much better and they just sit in your lapand hang out when they arent dancing.Optimus Prime 4 said:

The cheetah was one of the highlights. There were some hot *** dancers there (the body shot girl was particularly enticing). I also highly recommend meeting a bachelorette party at the bar before as well, those chicks were fun as hell. We met em at a bar in midtown, all I know is it was across the street from a bar called TAP. The first night we were there, we went to a place called Front Page News that was a lot of fun.
