As well we should be if that's a real photo of an MSU cheerleader. There are standards for doing many things in life and there should be some reasonable weight standard for representing your school as a cheerleader.

Pretty sure Pom-squad has strict weight limits (know for fact they did in late 80's- early 90's). I would have to believe the same should pertain to the rest of the squads.

I saw one that was pretty chubby, but was nowhere near the size of the one holding the other girl up. Honestly, that's obscene. No way that could be real.

Yeah, that's from last year. Notice the gray pants. We wore white Saturday. I think this young lady is no longer on the squad....which I'm fairly sure was the all-girls squad at the time, and I can't help but wonder if she was photo-shopped in place of a guy doing the lifting. Look at the position of her hand.
Never was quite sure how she made any spirit squad, but just chalked it up to the nuances of modern society.

I have nothing against a big girl being on the cheer squad....no problem... but the tight outfit is the cardinal sin. That's just inappropriate, and someone should have taken her to the side and politely insisted she change into a size that fits.

That picture was taken during the spring game. Notice the tent setup in the stands behind her. I remember seeing it at that scrimmage.
