So Stansbury is the single worst coach in the SEC now that Lebo is gone?

And don't say "I'm not saying those guys are necessarily better than Stansbury" or anything like that. You brought them all up to refute the statement that Stansbury is the fourth best coach in the SEC. If you don't think all of those guys are better, then why bring them up? What do they have to do with anything?

...that there have been more unsuccessful coaching changes in the SEC than successful ones. Auburn, Arkansas, LSU, Ole Miss, Alabama, UGA, and USC have been unable to find better coaches than Stansbury, and some of them have gone through more than one coaching change trying.

You act like I'm the only one supporting Stansbury on this board. And I've now repeatedly stated that I'm on the fence but still leaningtowards Stans' side, mostly because it's VERY possible we'd hire a less successful coach.

Schmuley, just answer this: Are you in favor of firing Stansbury right now?

However, I am not a good poster with whom to gauge opinion, as I really don't give much of a **** about basketball. My problem with Stans is much more esoteric than a true bball fan. The dude is a mental midget. He's a perceived recruiter elevated to the highest level of his incompetency, thrust into a position where his lack of leadership skills are exposed. The guy can't even control his own hellion kids, much less 18-22 year old AAU whores. For 12 years we've watched the same ******** year after year; either we miss the tourney altogether or we one and done it. Only in America can you get 7 figures for that.

I jumped you for your ******** post because it's insulting to even the basest of intelligence (Stans excluded) to suggest 0-20 or 1-24 or 6-25 is somehow "not so bad." It's insulting to suggest that his track record compared to the rest of the west is a reasonable measure of success. It's not. I think it's safe to say that the majority of posters here are not satisfied with the state of the program and will be ready to shitcan him fairly quickly next year.
