I haven't had the opportunity to see him play much, but he is having a horrible night tonight. His missing all kinds of wide open receivers and is 15 of 40 passing right now. And he isn't just barely missing. He isn't even close. It's hard to believe this guy won the Conerly.

That was Austin's worst game in two years. In the end though, he led his team 69 yards with great passes to the game winning td. He is a winner and even on a tough night, he won again. He is a fine young man and he has had a great career. He most definitely deserved the Conerly.

I would argue that Cassie Therriault was probably the best quarterback in this state. After seeing a couple of his games and the things he's capable of.. I don't think it would have been a bad decision giving him the Conerly.

Point taken. He did get the W. Like I said, I haven't seen him much. Tonight must have been a terrible aberration. Congrats on the win.

And hasn't choked yet this season, despite playing against SEC talent (as opposed to CUSA/WAC talent)<div>

We will see when the draft comes around if those that matter agree with you.

Austin Davis will be doing good to sign as a free agent while
cox will likely go in the 1st round. Youre right, different leagues

That was one of Austin's worst games of his career. Looked like he hadn't touched a football since Houston....which I really can't blame him or any other of the players after the bowl fiasco and the Fedora ****. They were in Hawaii partying on the beach, surfing, and stuffing their faces. Fedora took them their on a "vacation" and it showed. Talent alone won that game last night.
