Rankings change: From outside the Rivals250 to No. 77

Recruiting wrap: Roberts is committed to Nebraska.

Evaluation: “Roberts has gotten much faster and is a physical presence on the interior of the defense. At the Rivals Camp Series in New Jersey he did a great job covering running backs and tight ends from sideline-to-sideline and did not get beaten down the field. Roberts will have a lot to prove at the Rivals100 Five-Star Challenge Presented by Under Armour following this move in the rankings.” – Friedman

Did we move up in the rankings at all with his big jump?

Still #15 with 3.44 average stars (the same) but not sure on the point totals.

Not sure what changed, but we're #14 now with only 9 commits. I can't remember the last time we were ranked this highly in recruiting in the month the June. Keep up the work staff! GBR

The numbers are actually really easy to figure out...it's just a matter of knowing where to find the "formula"
https://n.rivals.com/news/rivals-com-football-team-recruiting-rankings-formula-1

He had a 5.8rr and was outside of the r250....thus he was worth 105 points

With his boost to a 5.9 he gets 120 points plus 37 for the #77 ranking for a total of 157

The 52 point difference might not seem like a lot but it really adds up when you are talking multiple players...the ratio would be a school would need to land 3 of him under his past ranking to match the points of 2 of him with his new ranking.
