is part of it too...my guess would be that he told them no thanks, but left the door open for a counter-offer...and thats why he didnt say he was staying or had turned them down...

That was the ultimate "Don't believe anything that any coach says ever again" moment for me. My gut says Mullen stays, but I'll believe it when I see Jon Gruden's Chucky looking *** sneering on the sideline in August.

I just had a damn telemarkerter call with some recorded message about mullen and the flu and what bowl we are going too. Anybody else have this happen? If u do press 1 for english.
