Big Audacious Recruiting Speculations

Total guesses. Some long, some not so long.

Started think about this as I was feeding my 13 mo old daughter.

1. KJJR Committs this weekend
2. Tony Butler Committs tomorrow
3. Huskers miss out on Dez Fitzpatrick
4. Collin Miller Committs this weekend
5. Matt Farinok Committs to the Huskers
6. Ivy Committs, but fails to qualify
7. Lamar Jackson Committs, but Huskers miss on I. Simmons
8. Q. Alexander ends up being a Husker
9. Huskers flip Goode from Cal
10. End with 22-24 kids and between 18-23 in final 247 composite ranking.

Anyone got anything else?

I think NU adds Butler, Fitz, Farniok, Ivy (no qual), Devron Davis, LJax, Miller & possibly one other. NU will probably miss out on Alexander, Goode, AJax.

Final ranking: ~22

Edit: Forgot to mention Simmons. I'm 50/50 on this, but if I had to bet I would say probably not NU.

I think the OU LB is a possible contingency for QA. But, I think he stays with NU. My only reason for thinking he sticks is that he still follows me on Twitter. Optimistically, I like to think he'd unfollow me if he were going to decommitt.

On the topic of Twitter, I know some on here think it ill, but my thought is that so long as you do not directly communicate with the kids (which is a bit weird, yes) then following for information is fine.

I hope so, but my gut is telling me otherwise.

After hearing Close today (he spoke yesterday), I'm somewhat inclined to change me thoughts on Simmons and say he's going to be a Husker.

Butler and Fitzpatrick were tweeting each other last night.... Fitzpatrick was telling him congrats and good luck and even if they don't play together they will always be "boys"

For some reason I think we get Fitz & not Butler.
