How many straight CL MSU Basketball articles will he make a reference to the "fistfight" between Sid and Bailey write. It seems every article he writes, he mentions it.

To have his team and coaches dress like that is an absolute reason to be let go. No quality team coach would have allowed that kind of representation on an out of town trip and then talk like he was almighty.

All this nonsense about winning against UM will quickly go away when we play Georgia. If you want to see a good coach then watch the game and focus in on the coach with the red tie.

He should be let go because of the way his players dress?

That might be one of the most ridiculous things I have read on here and that is saying alot.

but I understand what he is saying. Why were our players not in MSU warmups? I know it's small stuff but you are representing the university on an official trip. The dress matched the behavior in Hawaii.

it should also not be excused or tolerated by the university. Surely we can afford some warm up gear or something that does not look like we are in the swac.

DS is right. The fact that he can't even get them to dress like a team as they represent us in the stands is just a small symptom of the discipline problem that Stans has.

..I don't think Stansbury will be fired @ the end of the season (at least his official press release will not include the word "fired"), but I do believe the upper echelon of MSU athletics will present Stansbury an "honorable way out" at the end of the season.

Meaning, if Stansbury is offered the HC job @ Middle Tenn. State, he will take it. If Stansbury is offered an assistant coaching position with a Big 10 or ACC school, he will take it.

Stansbury is now perceived as the court jester of college basketball.

Barring this team winning the SECT & getting into the Big Dance via a series of miracle wins, this is 'Bury's last rodeo @ Miss. State.

********....Bailey had nothing but his wife beater shirt on when he was sitting down. Plus, what was Marcus' answer about the rest of the playersand coaches (himselfincluded)?

but, Im 100% sure that is what Grant said in meeting. No one asked a questions about what the other players were wearing. It was kind of funny, somone asked him why he didnt do a better job of breaking up fight,he response in so many words was he didnt want to get knocked out</p>

If some of you want to do the ole "stupidest post on this board" mess, then have at it. That's abit old. Of course, if the guy coached MSU to great wins every year then the way his team dressed suddenly becomes a lesser deal (hypocritical, maybe). The way his team was dressed is a big indication of lack of coaching leadership. It speaks to what we really can't see. Lack of continuity, pride, ownership, being organized, taking care of the little things, most of all, awareness (hey guyscamerasare everywhere so be on your best behavior). Yes, and how do I know Stans didn't remind them of that? Because if he did, he surely would havemade some provision abouta dress code. He had no awareness so heck I sure don't expect the team to have any. If you don't thinkthis situation is the sign of bigger problems that the average fan can't see, then your missing the big picture.

Two dudes that size throwing hands, it's best just to stand back wait to declare a winner. Anyway... as out of shape as Sidney is Grant probably knew it wouldn't last long either way.

to a group of MSU supporters in a scheduled meeting? If so, then this is exactly what I'm talking about. The coaching staff has no class.
