concerning a possible alliance. Nothing for the Big 12 -4=8. This is a bad discovery. More proof Bowlsby has been asleep at the switch. Would be more than just a scheduling alliance.

Oh boy a conference of 40 teams. Isn't that an exciting cluster.
However the cluster doesnt include wvu. What's sadder is I am hearing thar wvu and the big 12 as a whole didn't know this was happening...like they didn't know about texas and okla. Ivory tower management.

This is also talks of an alliance that blocks the SEC from controlling the playoffs and forcing ESPN to put it up for bidding between all the networks. This play is going to freeze the playoff from increasing.

ACC and PAC are desperate because they know they are next.

My 2 takeaways


1) If they keep the playoffs at 4, OK might lose big here.
2) The B12 is toast. Guaranteed they had a discussion off the record as to who has heard from what B12 teams and how they might divide that up.
