they shouldn't be displaying. Sometimes they get through the filter and I send them to the ad network agency. I got one this morning and sent it to them. It takes 24-48 hours to get completely out of their run.
Not background audio. It's a video playing at the bottom of the page. You'll probably have to wait a minute before you can press "pause" on it. once you do that, you should be fine the rest of your visit.
