I agree man, i thought it was impressive myself. If everyone has bought into the program like this, we will be a force on the football field.

He'll get you right... I still wish I was working out with him in a way, but that **** is not fun... Some of the hardest things I've had to do physically... You'll see results quickly though.

Or do you take a class in learning how to cock your head back when you get jacked?

i've done college football workouts before. I don't think i've seen results like that though that fast. All i have now is p90x or whatever workout i can come up with at the gym. I miss football workouts where you have someone force you to work out all the time to your maximum capacity. Too easy not turn on the DVD or go in to the gym after being at an office sitting behind a computer all day.

I hated and loved those workouts at the same time. I'd be dreading waking up at 5 in the morning and having to listen to Balis' barks and trying my best not to yawn, but as the days progressed and I stuck with the workouts I felt better and better and learned to love them. I wish I was still doing those workouts but I don't want to be on the team to do them to be honest. Whenever Mullen says Balis is the 2nd most important coach on the staff, that's no exaggeration.

I was meeting him @ 5:00 a.m. 3 mornings a week. I promise you, I couldn't touch my knees after the 2nd workout. I was in cardio shape but sucking badly when it came to muscle. I recommend Paul highly if you want to get it together, but, I highly recommend some prep time on your own a month or two in advance to get somewhat ready for it.
