Ball State coach?

Would anybody be ok with him? (hypothetically of course)

His offense looks like an offense that would work in the SEC. Spread concepts, but they use the I Formation and have lots of play action. I'm just wondering...

It took him 5 years to reach a bowl in the MAC, and year 5 was a 7-6 year. Sure he's undefeated this year, but again, he's in the MAC. His alltime record at Ball State is now 33-37...
