Bama takes over #1 in AP Top 25

Probably right at this point, but Florida having a subpar game for their 15th straight win or whatever isn't really why they should drop. Alabama didn't look like worldbeaters either.

This Florida team is not the same team that won the national title last year. They really miss Harvin and Murphy bad. With no WRs, their offense isn't nearly as good. Or maybe it's with no Dan Mullen, their offense just isn't nearly as good.

Damn. I was hoping to have a #1 Florida come to Starkville than a #2. Oh well maybe the refs wont pull the gators across the goal line as much as they did against Arkansas

from Mullen, I think you could very well be right about UF missing him. This may be Urban's offense, but Dan usually dials up some pretty good plays, and then you add the talent that UF has, that just gave him even more freedom to be creative.

on most of their choices for top ranked teams all season long. We'll soon find out that this year's Florida team is not as great as last year's #1 Florida team. I'm hoping we show their asses this weekend.

it'll be nice to say that we beat a #1 team instead of a #2 team. I know they aren't undisputed this week like they were in the past weeks but still they are #1 in one of the major polls. They are #1 in the BCS rankings as well. (Link)

MSU will have an opportunity to host two #1 teams in the country this season... Hopefully, we will play them as we did LSU (without the fumbles)...

I am just damn glad we have Mullen as a head coach. This guy is good and will turn the program around.
