The NCAA Division I Infractions Appeals Committee announced Tuesday that
the Committee on Infractions' ruling in June 2009 stands. Alabama
president Robert E. Witt expressed disappointment with the "inconsistent
decision."

WTF?

Inconsistent in the fact that anything at all happened to them? What a bunch of cheating crybabies... It also helps to play them earlier in the year, i.e. MS getting 3 more victories, MSU only 1.

Also, the future of KY basketball showed earlier this week as well then they failed to overturn Cal's cheating ways at Memphis State

Nobody gets any W's. Bama whipes W's from their record. L's stay on other folks' records.

Behold, the power of the vacated win.

Ingram's dad jumped bail to watch last year's Sugar Bowl, not this year's MNC. So he saw Bama get crushed. I'm sure it was totally worth it.

He was arrested in a Michigan hotel hours before the game started. So he's going to serve an additional 27 months and he still didn't get to see his son play. Serves him right. Here's a thought. If you want to see you son play in the Sugar Bowl, how bout not passing bad checks.
