...like I said it just came from a couple of friends in Oxford. And it is really nothing specific. Just that the owner of Rebel rags likes to run his mouth about what goes on down there. And before you say anything, yes I know it goes on everywhere

You really think this kid was going to get play time with the other D Linemen we have on our roster? Smart choice by this kid. We just need to make the most of this extra slot by bringing in Jevante Watson CB, McReynolds DT, Mackey DE to round this class out. If we doI'll feel a whole lot better. Maybe throw an extra scholly to Lauren Jackson or Pinson the 6'4'' WR from Tupelo and see what happens.

We'll need to recruit better next year, but after this year we should stop hearing the 'Dan Mullen to bethe next Head Coach at ??????' every time an opening comes up. That can't be helping us at all, in fact I'm going on record to say that is probably what is hurting us the most.

and we are not THAT deep at DE I didn't think. Yea, he might be a RS Soph before he's playing substantial minutes but that is about standard in the SEC. As far as Mullen, assuming he keeps winning, he will remain a hot commodity and the rumors of him going somewhere will remain even with the big pay raise he just got. Nobody wants Nutt right now so that's not a problem at UM even though he apparently feels out other jobs quite regularly.

First of all, we did not pull his offer, and we are not clearing room for other people. So, quit saying that bull crap. That makes us look like idiots when we are struggling to put together a top 40 class, and we are scrambling to fill holes with unranked recruits. All the reasons he decided to leave are legit reasons.<div>
</div><div>1. Earlier playing time</div><div>2. Wants to be apart of turning around the program with new coaches</div><div>3. Academic reputation</div><div>4. Closer to home</div><div>
</div><div>Although this does not hurt down the road, we need to get McReynolds for future, and we HAVE to get Mackey.</div><div>

He just visited Nashville this past weekend. Who knows what he thought of the place before that.

I know when i was picking colleges I dismissed Vandy because I thought Nashville was full of country music rednecks. 17 year olds is stoopid. The first time i wound up partying there I was very impressed.
