I think it was mentioned on T&L today that you have a 4 day window to get in a 3 game series. Just what I heard though, I have no idea. Most teams have to travel back late on the 3rd day so don't stay for a fourth day anyway.
We are better off only playing them twice anyway
We need our #3 starter (whoever he is) to get a start this weekend. Not crazy about heading up to Fayetteville without anyone nailing that job down. And I don't think anyone has yet.
That's what everyone was speculating last night at the game would happen. There's a window from about 10:00-3:00 tomorrow that doesn't look too bad for weather, maybe then?
Then give Valincous the day off. These 3 games will be a big hit on our rpi.
Honestly, I think that's what I'd do tonight if we're not going to play 2. Although it does look we might could play at 10AM Saturday or possibly early Sunday.

I’m fine with Stone in that role as it sits right now. And I don’t think him giving up something like 1 run on 3 hits in 5 innings against 17ing Lipscomb would really “cement” him any further than he already is.
Nobody has a lights out Sunday guy, especially not in early March. Its usually a fluid spot for most SEC teams, depending on matchups. You just want one time through the order from your Sunday guy, anything beyond that is a bonus. Stone gave us that against a consensus Top 3 team in the country….that’s all you can really ask for as far as proving yourself at this time of year.
