Baseball stays at #3

Not a good weekend at all but staying at #3 speaks to how well we have been playing all year

Hard to believe - thought the powers that be were looking for ways to to keep us down and we gave them an opportunity.
Good news!

Holding out hope for top 8 seed. Need to play better baseball down the stretch. But it’s been a really strong year for sure.

Like I said during the Auburn series, the Florida sweep gave us room for error. It basically gave us 2 additional series losses to remain a national seed. We used 1 of them up right away unfortunately. We are still the number 2 rpi as mentioned above and still are 1 of only 4 teams in the nation with less than 10 losses.

It feels like to me we need to sweep kentucky
Take 1 at Arkansas.
take 2 from Tenn

that’s 7-5 over the final 12 game stretch and 20 conference wins.

You guys think we have more margin than that to land a top 8 spot?
I could see alternate we take two at Arkansas and drop one at Kentucky. But I dunno.

I like it, but would love to win every series, 5-4 minimum.
