Was the competition worth a damn at all? Can you compare it Division 2 teams? From what i read, it sounded like we really played as a team, with different guys stepping up each game. Do you think Stans and crew even want Renardo back or is his talent just to good? Or is it too early to tell seeing as how its August and we played against ****** competition?

hard to gage level of competition.Would guess muchless than SEC teams. But, these teams have played together for some time from what I understand.
See many positives from trip .. improved team chemistry ... young guys stepped up ... both inside and outside games looked good ... ft shooting improved ... Smith & Lewis play surpassed all expectations.
Sid was not missed on the trip but think he is the "difference" between a really good team and a "one in ten year" team.*** Caveat remains ... just 'how' Sid fits in with rest of team.</p>

...extremedog will still pop up from time to time demanding Sidney get the 17 out of Starkville & stay out, but this is going to be a good basketball team (with or without Sidney).
