Basketball: Looking for Prairie A&M Tix for this Friday

Wanting to take my little boy (along with my wife) to his first college basketball game. Looking for three tickets together for this Friday's basketball game. Anyone got anything? I'm in Columbus.

Do you want them for free, because there is no way you can convince me you couldn't just call the ticket office and get them.

I've honestly never bought a basketball ticket through the ticket office. In fact I've not really followed basketball very seriously and only been to a handful of games in 2 decades. I don't know what attendance at these non-conference games are like or what type of seats are available. I'm assuming most seats are sold already to season ticket holders. I was hoping to get some half-way nice seats and was not sure if that would be available through the ticket office. Thus, I came to sixpack thinking that some basketball fan may not be going to the game but have great seats and that I could buy them. Hope that explains why I came here to ask and didn't call the ticket office straight of.

Just show up and buy them off a scalper. Wait till 5 mins before tip-off and you could easily score a ticket for $5.

Pick some off of the ticket oak on the south side of the hump. Seriously wear your State gear and hold up three fingers outside of the ticket office. You will probably be handed about ten tickets for free.

I have given away plenty of tickets in the past to people standing right before I enter the Hump. Most State basketball fans are just happy to see the tickets get used and some will just give them away, particularly for non-SEC games.
