Generally speaking you can expect them to defend the crap out of us. Turnover margin could be a big key but if we don't have reliable scoring beyond Hubbard (looking at you Jayden Epps), it won't matter and will be a long night. We also don't need to be counting on Jones turning into some kind of shooter and scorer in his senior year. If that was going to happen, it would have already come to fruition.

He can be a perfectly useful player in Jans' system as it stands but his entire identity from day 1 should have been focused on becoming a lockdown defender and sprinting down the court to finish on the break. As it is he's an adequate defender who avoids contact at the rim. The shot is just not consistent enough to warrant ten attempts per game.

It already is ugly by halftime; down 18 and looking like we have no clue what a basketball is nor what is supposed to be done with it. Jans got his work cut out for him with this bunch if we're gonna make the Show.
