I think one way to judge a head coach is by his assistants. How many have gone on to lead other programs, etc... I can't remember any of Stans assistants even getting interviewed, much less hired away. That to me is a telling piece of our program. Actually, to take it one step further with all the western division titles, etc, nobody has ever even tried to interview stans himself. That tells me all I need to know about our coach....Nobody else wants him either.
