Grayson appears too physical for Bath. If Bath doesn't get a long score/busted type play/explosive play soon then they are in big trouble. Grayson is really starting to wear on them now on the line of scrimmage.

Unfortunately for Bath, that's about what I expected. Grayson is just too physical of a team for what Bath does. Great season for the Chargers, can't take that away from them.

The "G" schools continue their dominance of Region C. Can't remember last time someone other than GW, Galax, and now Grayson has won Region C.

Unfortunately for Bath, that's about what I expected. Grayson is just too physical of a team for what Bath does. Great season for the Chargers, can't take that away from them.

It’s worth noting Grayson has enrollment of 364 & should be 2A while Bath County has an enrollment of 109. It hardly seems like a level playing field. There were schools in 2A playoffs with less students than Grayson County. Good luck to Rye Cove next week. Congratulations to Bath County on a really good season!

Nothing against the kids that play for Grayson but I hope Rye Cove wins convincingly. They’ll need to clean things up from tonight though.

Yes, definitely need to clean up several things. I think tonight was probably their sloppiest game all season.

What do you attribute that to? Rivalry game? Weather? Definitely can’t be that sloppy in state semifinal game. I honestly thought they’d win by a couple scores but Eastside really looked better tonight overall & they had several miscues themselves.

Honestly, I have no idea what to attribute it to. I think Eastside probably played one of their best games of the season tonight. Rye Cove had some very costly penalties and it nearly bit them. They've not been penalized much all year, so it was very out of character for them tonight. I'll throw it up to nerves and weather and hope they correct it for next week.
