This week's Games
Culpeper at James Monroe - Would be an upset if JM wins, anything is possible since JM is up and down but I'm thinking Culpeper gets the win
Courtland vs Caroline - Courtland gets the win, probably by several scores
Spotsylvania vs Chancellor - Spotsy should get then win but you never know when Spotsy schools play each other
King George at Eastern View - Can King George reach .500? They're the better defensive team I think. I'm thinking Eastern View since they are at home.
Down The Road:
Game for the District Championship is in Week 9: Courtland at Culpeper.
Another big game in Week 9 is: Spotsylvania at James Monroe
Playoffs:
Culpeper is the best bet to advance in the playoffs. They could win Region 3B this year before moving to Region 4D next year
Courtland could win round 1 in 4B. It's possible if they win out they'll play Mechanicsville at home. Currently they would play at Mechanicsville in the 4-5 game. Courtland lost their first two games in heartbreaking fashion (to Class 5 Massaponax and Class 4 Louisa) in the last minute of the game. Louisa kicked a field goal on the last play. They could just as easily be 7-0. That doesn't count for anything though you could say they might be better than their 5-2 record.
