This week:
1. Courtland at Caroline – This is probably for the Battlefield District Championship. Going to be a good one. This is looking like the year that Caroline breaks through. Courtland's loss was to 4B power Louisa.
2. James Monroe at Culpeper – This may be for the #2 seed in the Region 3B tourney. The winner certainly has the inside track on it. James Monroe will need to play well defensively to win. They’ll score points.
3. Eastern View at King George – Someone is getting win 1 in the district. I’m thinking Eastern View will be the team, especially if they play like they did in the Caroline game.
4. Spotsylvania at Chancellor – Anything can happen when two Spotsy county schools play. I think this is where Spotsylvania gets back in the winning column though if it’s a close game it could go either way.
