Duke is in control so far. Baylor's Omier has three first-half fouls.

They are playing 26 minutes from Cameron Indoor Stadium. For perspective, where we sometimes play in Tupelo is over an hour from the Hump.

Sadly, I don’t think we would have won on Friday even if we had played it at the Hump. All tournament long, I’ve seen players come out with their hair on fire with energy and intensity. We showed our level of intensity when we beat LSU on March 12th. Not only did our players show this, but Jans was literally screaming his way to the point of demanding a 30 point win (not to mention LSU isn’t talented). Baylor was the only team on Friday’s court who came to win.

Our team was inconsistent in this all year round. I’m over it now and all aboard the women’s basketball train hoping we can pull a major upset against USC. These girls, on the contrast, showed up with the energy and hustle expected in late March.

We don't have a lockdown guard like danberry. This will be just hoping for juju to have an off game. I will definitely watch with sound muted. Most of the second half yesterday was spent with the announcers at our game talking about who juju was talking to or smiling at or what flavor drink she had.
