Along with Dink Pate from the G-League, I expect Pope to go get at least 6-7 more transfers.

Why has Moreno been receiving so much criticism going into next season? Of course a freshman is going to struggle going against the bigs in the SEC, I think he preformed a lot better than expected and if he builds off it in the offseason he'll be a very quality starter next year.

He has some post moves but he is slow footed and not very athletic. Those aren't things that improve with age.

With how this year has gone I’m afraid we see a lot of transfers out. And I’m equally afraid that we lose on a lot of our top portal targets. My outlook is very dark for next year

Time will tell, and I hope we can put a good team together, but with the failure this season has been to this point it’s hard to build momentum.

Well said, the rigors of playing against grown men in SEC play got up with him. Get some time in the weight room and he’ll be fine.

Prior to his commitment to Tech, he received offers from Ole Miss, Georgia, UCF, Alabama, Auburn, Missouri, and others.

Here is what Rivals’ national recruiting analyst Jamie Shaw had to say about his game:

“Diop has a great frame with long arms and is a very fluid athlete. He plays his best in the open floor and finishing out of the dunker spot in the half-court. Adding strength could help him, along with adding to his offensive skill set.”

Bet Auburn and Georgia push hard. Being that he is an OE (Atlanta) guy who signed with Georgia Tech, one might surmise geography matters to him. Although, he is form Senegal, so maybe not.

That said, I would gladly take a young athletic C to develop.
