I’m not giving up on Wilkins. There’s talent there. He and Williams seem to be a pretty complementary backcourt. Zoom needs to be coming off the bench. Tell him he needs to be a defensive stopper or something. And we really need Kam Williams and Morton. These guys need all hands on deck.

Ur right cals teams woukd at least have 5 30 points blowout wins in sec play all year, pope can barely beat anyone by 20
Five 30 point blowouts in SEC play??? When did that happen? Please tell ne what year we had five 30 point blowouts… .in SEC play.

You guys have to resort to lies to make a point, that's such a bad look.

But you know what Cal DID do? He lost in Rupp to a lot of teams much worse than UCF. Richmond, UNCW and Evansville to name a few.

Nice try Arnie.

Does Dickey have a room at Rupp? Why do we always get him calling our games? He coached here. So what?

Which would be cool, if he at least occasionally made the right decision on the court. I’m still waiting though.
Yea that's all good unless you transfer to the biggest college basketball school in the nation. We'll we used to be. Besides the fanbase we aren't close to the top in any current category.

Actually, Pope is a better in game coach and it’s really not close.

When's the last time you saw Cal draw up a play in a timeout that resulted in a basket?
Pope almost always gets a bucket out of a timeout.
Yes the guy with 3 tournaments wins in 13 years as a coach is a way better in game coach then the one that won a national title here and took three different schools to the final four.

Why don't we try a little zone ??
I thought that is what EXH games are for.
They can get to the rim at will.

Cal is a better coach than Pope in every phase of the game. That’s not really bragging on Cal. Almost every college coach is better than Pope.

Anyone can draw up plays. It’s actually a favorite tactic of bad coaches to draw up out of bounds plays. If it works they look smart. When it doesn’t they can blame the players for not executing.

I'm really struggling to find one thing that we can really hang our hat on right now. We have a lot of work to do.

But for who? Only other guards are Mason and struggling Zoom.
We would somehow still be better playing Zoom and Mason 40 minutes a game. Zoom is struggling. Wilkins is actively annoying and a detriment to the team, and his behavior warrants a bit of corrective action.
