Say Alabama gets into the National Championship and Florida goes to the Sugar Bowl, does the next SEC team have to go to Cotton/Outback or if there is still an SEC Top 7-10 BCS ranked team can the BCS pick them as an At-Large bid for the Orange or Fiesta Bowl if they wanted too? Didn't know the rules and if BCS has ultimate decision on whoever they want for at large teams

No more than 2 teams from a conference can play in a BCS bowl game. Arkansas was #6 last year and played in the Cotton Bowl.

Only 2 per conference can go to the BCS bowls.

Actually, it is possible for 3 from the same conference. Take last years situation. If Georgia had barely beaten Alabama in the SECCG and Bama dropped to #2 in the BCS then the National Championship game would have still been LSU versus Bama and Georgia would have been in the Sugar bowl with the automatic bid. But having the top two and a separate automatic qualifier is the only way it can happen.
