He will be here next year, but the decisions he makes this offseason will be the ones that ultimately determine his fate here. I can assume we will be replacing our offensive coordinator which will be the fourth one he’s had. If he can’t get it right with four chances then he’s not gonna get it right.

Beamer, in my opinion, is safe, probably into 2027. The only coach who should be updating his resume is Teasley. This is his 3rd season as OL coach. That's more than enough time for a coach who has never accomplished anything in his coaching career. And make no mistake about it: Offensive line is the most important position on a football team. Without good OL play, quarterbacks and running backs are at a disadvantage. So are defenses when the offense can't stay on the field.
100%. Beamer has fired one coach - Hardesty at RB after 2022. RB’s were bad that season. OL has consistently ranked near the bottom of P4/SEC unit rankings, including last season, yet Teasley remains. I just don’t get it.
Hardesty actually was fired after the 2023 season. Beamer kept him here for 3 seasons. Three seasons may be Beamer's "red line" on coaches.
Ah. It’s all starting to run together for me. I hope you’re right about 3 seasons but honestly would be surprised if a change occurs.
