Muschamp had 2 SEC wins at least in year 5 when he got canned. Shane has 1 SEC win in year 5 and the "full support of the administration".

Muschamp wasn't good either. He had that year that we beat up on a lot of teams with losing records. That got him a bunch of money and a huge buyout. Everyone was so excited, but no one looked past the record. In the end, it was another horrible hire.
