New England beat Buffalo and? No one else. They also lost to the Raiders. The Bears had played a far tougher schedule than New England has
Poles has proven through his drafts, FA signings and trades that he is not the answer. It still amazes that George extended the guy, when there was no need to. Reminds me of the old saying: a fool and his money are soon parted.

Announcers ripping Caleb on every single play. Meanwhile it’s special teams and D costing them this game.
It's easy for them to do. The problem is they talk differently about him than other QBs. Watt was the only one who seemed to call it down the middle last week

Bengals have had no OL or defense since Taylor has been hired. Lou Anarumo held the defense together as best he could for years. Poles needs to see that and adjust accordingly

Some Bears fans just can’t be happy. We finally have a QB that can come back with game winning drives. Caleb is clutch. When was the last time we had a QB able to be clutch when the team needed them most? Never! Caleb can’t help it when receivers drop the ball. The Defense, especially the secondary needs to improve. If we lost today it would not be the QBs fault. Let’s take the win 6-3 and get better. Hopefully Gordon is back for the Vikings game. I like the new Safety we picked up. We are the surprise of the league right now trying to to enjoy the ride.

My biggest concern right now is the fact that they continue to need these late game heroics. The Bears 6 wins are against teams that are a combined 15-41-1.
Well at least this thread makes it clear which posters aren't even watching the game. No possible way to say Williams played bad. His receivers were terrible until the 4th.
I know we have disagreed about Caleb and you don’t like him but he is the first QB for the past 40 years plus that can actually bring us winning drives. That said I do agree about the late game heroics. The offense has gotten better each week. The defense needs to improve. We won’t continue to win having to score 30 plus points a game with winning drives. I am actually liking what I am seeing at the QB position. I consider this Caleb’s rookie year with the complete coaching buffoonery last year. Having Johnson is a blessing and getting the offense running on all cylinders will take some time. It surprises me that our defense has been a weak point. Hopefully we right the ship and start playing Bears defense!

There are reasons that might now be obvious on Sundays. I’ll trust Ben Johnson’s decisions on who should be getting snaps. With that said, I like Burden a lot and look forward to him being a more impactful player.
They don’t make their schedule. Look at who they have beaten - Vegas - beat New England week 1. Dallas- tied mighty Green Bay, Giants - beat Philly and had Denver on the ropes. Saints - just won at Carolina and had the ball with a chance to beat the Patriots. As Johnson has said, they won’t ever apologize for winning.
Making the schedule has nothing to do with what I said. My point is that they should be beating these terrible teams without needing 4th quarter comebacks every week.
I hear what you are saying, but who is a good team in that league? You see results like the Packers losing at home last week to Carolina, and the Bills getting routed by the Dolphins today and just scratch your head.
My biggest concern going forward is the defense. They have a lot of injuries, but there’s not much talent on that side of the ball. Good offenses will just light them up.
I think the talent is there but injuries have killed the defense all year.
Same page there. Already poor defense hampered by injuries to our best. Defense is being held together by bubble gum and duct tape
And my point is these “terrible teams” are beating good teams. My god we just can’t have nice things. For years we’ve begged for this team to get better. Now that they are improved they aren’t winning the right way.
It must suck to always be this miserable
