All you guys have your opinions and you can debate whatever but there is one thing you can’t debate is the Bears are in 1st place 9-3. IMO our QB is perfect for the Bears and is growing leaps and bounds every game. Bears defense is getting healthier and the Bears can certainly beat the Packers. Who would you rather have Caleb or Jordan!

On the Fox telecast, a lot of camera time was spent on Hurts face on the bench while the Eagle D was on the field. It was not a good look for him as he really presented as a mope completely disinterested in playing the game. After this rope-a-dope for the entire 1st half, he came alive briefly for about a quarter.

I have a feeling as the season goes on, that Bears defense may carry the team for a bit. Even if they get no TOs, they'll still be stout. Just getting better and gelling when it's needed.

I never blamed you, he was playing terrible. Looks like he's found his groove though. Poles seems to need an apology as well. The depth is somehow looking tremendous.

It helps when you have a coaching staff that knows what they want. Makes the collaboration between coaching staff and GM easier and more successful.

Now, their secondary will be probably one of their biggest strengths. Obviously, when a solid starter is our for a while, the subs get valuable experience. I just love the fact they're always trying to get a TO, similar to Peanut back in the day.

I mean that’s every team at every level now.

Through tie-breakers, the Bears have the number 1 seed over the Rams and Eagles. The seven teams that are currently in place may stay there. Not necessarily in the same order though. Bears just need to win each game in front of them. I think they can split with GB and win the second DET game. But Williams has got to play better. Great throw to Kmet. But not much otherwise when it came to throwing the ball. Tremendous job of running the ball. It is nice to see the D getting the turnovers. But depending on 2 or 3 a game is dangerous.

At the moment, I feel they will go as far as the D will take them, unless the passing game improves. They can run.

It’s amazing the job Dennis Allen has done with the defense, given all the injuries and the lack of consistent pass rushers.

Caleb now has the third worst completion % in the league (58%). His accuracy needs to improve to say the least. Still seems to need a lot of work on footwork and mechanics. Agree that he needs to play better.

Yes but I will also add that he made a few throws on a very windy day that Hurts didn’t/couldn’t make….

Jordan Love is the better QB and it's not even close...yes, I know he's 3 years older but let's not get carried away.

Look at completion percentage (67 to 58.1) and passer rating (104.3 to 88.2) for example. And Caleb's the one who got to play the Raiders, Saints, the 4th-place schedule.

The Chicago media has really been on the "Love sucks" train for awhile now (I guess because he's not Rodgers) but the numbers don't support it unfortunately.

It’s not just the CHI media, check out GB…just saying. He doesn’t suck, he’s good.

Well, I guess when you throw 36 passes, a few will be good. I said the TD pass to Kmet was a very good throw. But, I am talking about Williams' performances in in general. I said he needs to play better...and he does.

I never said he didn't need to play better. I simply pointed out, on an extremely windy day, he made throws that a SB winning QB could not/didn't make.

Agreed. This is what I dislike about communicating via text, online message boards etc., instead of by voice or face-to-face. Time got wasted explaining things. But, it's all good. You do make good points and I pay attention to what you post.

Jordan Love is crap and has been crap. Packers are absolutely going nowhere with Jordan Love. He has already plateaued. You have already seen his best and there is no more upside. Caleb is and will be far better than Jordan Love.

He’s 3rd in the NFL in QBR…3rd, meaning there are only 2 better. He’s not crap, as much as I’d like him to suck.

Caleb is out performing Love in exactly zero passing statistics this season.

A few thoughts about Sunday.
- Best D Bears will have played against.
- Bears getting healthy in secondary is huge.
- Parsons scares the crap out of me.
- Prove me wrong that my feeling of this being a different org with Johnson leading them on the field.
- Don't want Caleb to try and do to much, just do what is asked right now. It might not end up being sexy stats but that is how they win this game. Run the ball and play action, don't force anything into trouble. To be fair he doesn't put the ball in harms way much.
- If Caleb sees 5-10 yards in front of him just take it, no need to buy time to try and make a huge play.
- Damn I really want them to win Sunday.

Absolutely agree, but deathly afraid of what might happen now that they're getting all kinds of national attention.

He will never take the Packers anywhere. I like our chances with Williams. People don’t know what we have with Caleb. Just imagine how good he will be with a little more experience. Do you realize how clutch he is with coming from behind. Caleb has never had a team that could play defense. It’s no surprise he has been clutch when needing a score, he has been doing his whole career. People complain about his accuracy. I don’t worry about it, he has shown he can be accurate. You don’t throw as many yards as he has by not completing passes. He won the Heisman and damn near won it twice. Caleb will be the best QB the Bears have ever had when it’s all said and done.
Bears fans need to appreciate what we have. O wait some of you would rather have Fields! Lmao 🤣

Huh? I’ve defended and been a big fan of Caleb. Secondly, my response had nothing to do with him, it was about how Jordan Love is good, whether you want to admit it or not.

Remember the Packers haven’t faced our improved Offensive Line. We beat them last year with a crap 💩 OL. We should be able to run the ball. I like our chances in this game.

Sure
What was Jordan Love doing his second year? Bears need to hit/pressure him and he will throw picks. He is afraid of being hit. Another thing is he seems to be hurt all the time.
Ya, same goes for every QB.
I don’t know what your “sure” comment is suppose to mean. Those stats are undeniable facts.

What is Loves come back stats. What does he do under pressure? His stats are a little better but stats are not everything. He’s not clutch.
