Gophers ranked 344th in 3 point fgs made per game this year out of 347 Division 1 teams.

So naturally they felt right at home jacking up 27 of them today and making 11. Fun year but it had its tormenting moments too. Just less than we’ve been used to lately around here.

Never seems to fail against the Cards. Whether the whole opposing team usually sucks at 3s and goes off, or a player that has made 5 threes all year ends up hitting a bunch against UofL. Minny will likely be ice cold from 3 next game.

One thing i've come to learn and try to avoid is harping on another teams weakness. Seems every time the things they do consistently bad . For some reason when it comes to U of L all those weakness disappear for that game. I've read that the Gophers are a horrible FT and Three point shooting team which means they will hit like 10 plus threes and not miss a FT.

Always liked Richard. Can't and won't say anything bad about him.

His Dad? No comment.
Same here. If we had to lose, I don't mind it being to a Richard coached team. He deserved some good luck after all of the injuries in previous years. IMO we didn't come into today's game with the proper mindset and didn't catch fire soon enough. Much as we did versus Pitt and BC.

Do yall actually think for one dam second Richard gives a dam about U of L hell naw. And don't think what he says in public about the game he means it. I guarantee you he and Rick exchanged pleasantry s after their win today. And hell luck he got his luck he made it to the tourney . And hell naw he doesn't deserve to win some good luck by beating us. His father destroyed this school and we are going to have pay that scum millions while we get hammered again you GURANTEE that. So what school is in need of some luck .

No people like you who pose as a U of L fan but do not support change. Due to corruptness from the people you get on here and constantly defend. Whatever you the clown show!

There's nothing I like seeing more than delusional fans of any persuasion get a dose of reality--and then witness the excuses and distortions of reality they come up with.

It offers a combination of satisfaction and comedy. Whether I can describe it properly or not, it keeps me coming back.

Thanks!

We all knew you were pulling for Minnesota.
Thanks for the confirmation.

Zipp are you saying you are not at least a bit inspired by the recruiting class Mack has lined up? It's his first class being on the same "timing" playing field as other coaches, and he's assembled a nice class with the cloud of problems that you seem to minimize for reasons only you can explain.

I mean this year is now over - aren't fans allowed to look forward to the next season and the new players coming? Or are fans supposed to kick the dog for a little longer?

Your gif also seems to give the vibe that there's been some kind of annual "Wait till next year" talk around here. But I might be misunderstanding your point. Can you clarify?

It was a response to the word "narrative".

Have you been listening to the fanboy talk that began a month ago when the wagon wheels started wobbling? And that now provides 100% of the explanation for the last third of the season culminating in Thursday's disaster? If not, I'll condense it for you: the players.

All I know is it better be about the players, at least by a wide margin. Because the rest of what was anywhere from a disappointment down the stretch to an outright **** show returns next year.

And I'm looking forward to it. I've already opened a channel with U of L to make a bigger financial commitment because I want a front row seat to see how this turns out...
