I'm not sure how I would handle this.
Option A) Move out of distance of piss stream. Perp can now escape.
Option 2) Confront perp; continue getting pissed on.

Option 2. You're already pissed on. Might as well get some payback. Not like he is going to be running full speed with his dick in his hand. Plant a boot right between his balls so hard it leaves the tread print on his sack and then continue the beat down once he is on the ground.
The last sentence in the article doesn't make sense. Does it mean the guy ran away when the police confronted him, or does it mean he ran from the area when the ones who got nailed confronted him?
