Pretty funny sign from the UNC game:

I give the Belichick tenure a season. UNC fans don't seem overwhelmed at the idea of having him there and seem pretty lukewarm on him. They know he's not a long-term solution. Given the disastrous debut last night, if things don't turn quickly, I can see this fizzling out rather quickly.

How much is Bill even coaching? Didn't watch the game, so didn't see how active he was.

Wasn't the assumption that he was taking the job to hand it off to his son anyway?

I know it's only the first game, and there is a whole season still in front to deal with, so anything can happen
With that said, I still don't understand the UNC hire. A retired Pro coach, and 73 years of age. I just don't get how UNC came to the decision to hire Belicheck.

Old men latching on to ''money grubbing camera hoes'' is pretty common, but not for head football coaches at major universities.
UNC should have seen the obvious! A distracted, past his prime coach should not be on the radar, regardless of the publicity it brings.

Bill doesn’t have Brady to save him any longer….saw this from a mile away.

And College Football can turn on older coaches in a nano second, Belichick is 73 years old, Spurrier was only 70 years old when the media and other programs/coaches started bringing up his age before the 2015 season to disparage him and our program.

Bill better hurry up and turn it around, LOL, and like you said he has no Brady, :)

Some of this is to funny

Following the game, TCU’s senior safety Bud Clark — who made a major interception during the second quarter — went on his Instagram live to celebrate. And amid the chatter in the background of the clip, after Clark left the field, he made a dig

“Belichick gotta call for his girlfriend,” he said, while looking at the camera during the Instagram live, which has been reposted on X. “He sad.”

“Belichick gives up most points in an opener in UNC football history, exactly twice his girlfriend’s age!”

The 48 points scored by TCU are more than any of Belichick’s teams have allowed in his 333 NFL games.

That was a funny picture. But with AI you can always have players that are 8 feet tall.

Serious question….. is it just me or does it seem like BILL took the North Carolina job at the urging of his girlfriend? This gives him a big salary, puts him in the spotlight, thus putting her in the spotlight, which is what it was all about to begin with. I’m just saying.

Bill looked like he was at his mother-in-laws retirement party.
