So last week in the NIC 10 there was really only one game that was even close and the rest were blowouts. The NIC 10 has found out that the Boylan Titans are back which is trouble for everyone in the conference. With two huge wins back to back weeks it's looking like Boylan can go 9-0 this season. If they get past Harlem this week they will almost be 9-0 for sure with only having to play a North team that everybody around the Rockford area is confused with. After losing to the Bucs it's looking like North could be looking at a 4-5 record if they play the next two weeks like they did against Auburn and Belvidere. Auburn came back after losing to Boylan and put up a huge win vs North and will now have a pesky Belvidere team to face. The Bucs are improving each week and if they play like they did vs North this could be a interesting week. The team I have like seeing play so far is the Jefferson JHawks. Sure the score looked like they got blown out but they had a lot of penalties last week on offense that stopped their drives. Hughes improvements are being made at Jefferson. Guilford got a win last week vs Freeport and it's looking like the Pretzels will not be going to the playoffs this year with having to play North, Belvidere, and Auburn still. Guilford is in the same boat as Freeport unless something changes and then East is looking like they will go winless this season. Most likely the NIC 10 will have 5 playoff elegible teams as long as nobody falls off. As always the question is who will make it farther. My answer has to be Boylan. If they get a top seed maybe Quarterfinals.

Last Weeks Scores
Belvidere 41 Jefferson 14 (Revolinski..... This is all you need to know)

Harlem 35 East 14 (Huskies have a tough defense)

Boylan 17 Hononegah 14 (Game down to the wire maybe game of the year)

Auburn 31 North 7 (North D is hurting this team)

Guilford 14 Freeport 10 (Freeport program falling)

Last Week I went 4-1 in predictions
