OJ was charged and the State more than proved their case....
Big Ben has not been charged with any crime- which means they really dont have any evidence. It is a he said-she said
I'm not saying Ben is a deacon of the Baptist church and he very well could have done something wrong- but its very commen for women to make that **** up as well, especially when it's someone famous...

that the starstruck podunk cops were never going to even think about charging him regardless of whatever mishandled/ignored evidence that came up.

I havent kept up with the Vander Sloot thing..but didnt I read where he confessed to doing it? And what does that case have to do with the American legal system? Isnt it in another country?
it was obvious she was lying and he could see right through it....but had to resign because his remarks were going to be a PR nightmare had he stayed on?
And after collecting all the evidence, its the DA's office that makes the call on whether to charge or not- not the police. Plus, if there was even a little bit of evidence, the case could have been sent to a grand jury to decide if charges should be filed...the fact that they didnt even do that tells me they basically have nothing to go on

I think we both have a pretty good idea of what went down that night. All those girls were all over him all night and putting it out there and he took advantage of it with one of them. At some point, she decided she didn'twant that. The only question is was that point before, during, or after sex. And none of us will ever really know that. If she didn't want to screw him, she should have handled herself a lot differently that night, whether he technically raped her or not. One poster said she should have used better judgment. I think that's a huge understatement.
Ben definitely looks like he could easily be a douchebag, but that doesnt make him a rapist...but he could be an even bigger piece of ****, ya never know...
As someone who has daughters, I would expect mine to put up a fight to the point that there would be some evidence that she didnt want that to happen- if they are going to do it, they better earn it...and it will make it easier to prosecute afterwards
What bothers me is the mentality that just because a woman says it, it actually happened...women are way worse than men ever thought about being, especially when it comes to devious ****...I think back to my divorced days of women that would come over and have sex with me before their date with another guy later that night or sleeping over because they were horny and didnt want to sleep with the new guy they were going out with yet because it was too soon...I just lost alot of respect for women the last 6-7 years after being single awhile and learning their tricks
