Officiating in football both college and professional is getting worse each year.

Although I'm for Lamar and Ravens, they were extremely lucky tonight against the Bengals.

On the 2 point conversion to win the game, two non calls on the Ravens were as egregious as it gets. Both defensive holding and roughing the passer should have been called. If I were a Bengals fan I would be livid.

It's unreal how this is happening. How hard can it be?

What about the non-conversion on fourth down earlier in that same drive. That should have been Ravens ball, game over.

Plenty of bad calls and no calls to go around.

Lamar just may win his third MVP.

I'll have to agree with Ville, especially the two roughing the QB shots to the facemask of Burrows that weren't called. I'm a Lamar/Ravens fan but I agree the Bengals have something to complain about. To his credit though, Burrows doesn't complain like Baker Mayfield.

7 officials trying to watch 22 players, 2 head coaches and both sidelines in case the coaches are trying to call a timeout. I’m never surprised any more by how much the refs miss.

And while he will very much deserve that third MVP, the Ravens defense, especially that secondary, will prevent them from winning anything. The new defensive coordinator appears to have been a bad hire, or at least he is learning on the job.

MAybe officials aren't biased in just the ACC, maybe they're just bad all over the country now?

And with HD and 4k replays and the networks having rules analysts commenting on every play, we now have more information to know how bad they've always been.

In the first series by the Bengals on the play that Harbaugh challenged, it was clear (to me anyway) the guy did not have possession of that football when it came loose.

He never had clear, complete control of the ball….and the call stands.

Why have replay? If you’re going to make money (possibly 🙄) on a bogus call, why let everyone see that you are full of chit.

The “missed” holding can at least be sold as “sorry, I didn’t see it “.

NOBODY whines like that whiny-a$$ Ex-OU clown. Burrows is a tough kid. He did everything he could to win.

Bengals fan here, but I hedge it by rooting for the Steelers when not playing the Bengals. I absolutely hate the Ravens, but love Lamar! He is in a class of his own and very deserving of a 3rd MVP. Last night's game was a highlight reel.

The Bengals deserve what they got a the end of the game, officiating aside. They should never have allowed the game to come down to an official's decision or non-decision. Too many missed tackles and blown assignments in the secondary. But that is par for the course in Cincy.

All sizzle and no steak! They are soft. Henceforth my Steelers fandom. No sizzle, but at least their mentality and physicality allow them to guarantee you get steak. Even if it is generally round steak!

It's as bad of a secondary that I may have ever seen in the NFL. They need to tighten that **** up.

One of the announcers mentioned last night that he was learning on the job. IDK which one. At least the Ravens DBs tackle.

Yeah, this is his first stint as a coordinator, only been a linebackers coach until now. Ravens lost 3 defensive coaches from last year and decided to stay within the organization due to his chemistry with Roquan Smith and other players.

I wonder if they brought in Ray Lewis to help...
