Congrats to Benny, he had a monster freshman year. Can't wait to see how badass he will be by the time he is a junior!

Absolutely deserved it. Ed Oliver on defense was amazing as well. Lot of talent on that freshman team, including a tackle who starts for Ga Tech.

And it ain't like he backed into the spot. Only tailback listed, and shared carries with Boom Williams, and others.

We've had Frosh AA's that were forced to play, when we had no other options, who garnered snaps simply by being the only option. Benny Snell is just the opposite.

I thought Boom ran harder this year after Snell started having success. Maybe Boom learned something from Benny while Benny was learning from Boom?

Yeah he learned that if he didn't finish his runs and get North/South ASAP he would loose snaps to Benny. lol

Great! Our true FR OL, Parker Braun (LG), would be blocking for him! Congrats to these two talented rookies! May they both have may great Saturdays ahead.

This is the guy some people were saying couldn't possibly be as good as Alabama's guy, right? I'm gonna have to reiterate that it is possible.

Most seems to think Rose might play and Benny would RS. I hope those fans were right about Rose.
