A CFR drop of 2% to .3% translates to about 700 fewer deaths in the UK per day, by the way. And, even if the "40%" number was true, that has to do with cases, not deaths, and has no effect on death mitigation.

As effective as vaccines have been, in Israel, there are 40 times as many breakthrough cases as there are actual reinfections. Granted, there are a higher number of vaccinated people than previously infected people there, but it sure isn't 40 times as high- maybe 4 or 5 times as high.

I went to the U.S. Post Office this morning and the men and women at the counter were maskless. They are government employees and took off the masks. Kentuckians it does not have to be this way.

I do find it bizarre that most people, otherwise generally pleasant people, find it perfectly appropriate to ask casual acquaintances that very question. lol what a crock of ****. I work in occupational medicine and the vast majority of our clients have largely manual labor work forces and we haven’t treated a single person for heat related illness because of mask wearing ever since the pandemic started.
