Not really, but I've recently discovered this channel and I've been fascinated by it. Doesn't make a lot of sense because it's about a part of the world I've never been to and probably never will, but the guy behind it really does his research and is a great storyteller. And it's all about food, and lots of it.

He has a bunch of videos that are more accessible about places you've heard of, but this one about a city I had never heard of in a place I know very little about really shows off what he does best. Make informative, interesting content with a ton of heart. Give it a look...

ETA he's originally from Charlottesville, but I doubt he gives a 17 about Whole Foods tater salad quality. This guy will eat anything.

Come to think of it, he did a pretty damn interesting video on the history of the potato.

For hunters during deer and turkey season, The Hunting Public is very difficult to beat. Thank god they don’t overlay music during 90% of the hunts. I never understood why the industry thought it was cool to add walk out music for bucks.

It's kinda like porn from 19xx's. Nobody needs all that terrible music to understand the point of it.

Or so I've been told by my degenerate friends.

If you like Travel/Food shows, Somebody Feed Phil is one of my favorites.

I like tinkering with old cars and trying to get old broken motors running. My favorite two channels are No Nonsense Know How and Vice Grip Garage.

VGG is best out there if you like mechanical stuff. Also, Diesel Creek and farmcraft 101.

If you like military history and don’t mind hilarious profanity, check out The Fat Electrician. He’s a great story teller and tells some really good military history.

Specifically, check out the 22 v. 500 story of Lanzerath Ridge in WW2. His story telling is hilarious and the interview with the Vet at the end will make your room get real dusty all the sudden…

I've discovered him recently as well. He's good.

The one about the little town in TN where the WWII vets had a gun battle with the corrupt sheriff's department when they were trying to rig an election was crazy. I didn't know the story.

Buddy Brown - Guy from Mississippi, his short takes on current issues with a down home, common sense flavor

Elephants in Rooms - Ken LaCorte, researches controversial subjects and talks frankly about them

Joe Scott - pretty interesting well-researched videos on a wide variety of science and humanity subjects. Has an entertaining presentation style.

Soft White Underbelly.

Guy interviews everything from fentanyl addicts to prostitutes to the Whitakers. And if you don’t know about them, please watch it.

When they take a deer down they need to have an overlay of a bad Southern voice actor saying “That’s good shootin.” like Big Buck Hunter.
