I love a good documentary series and have already watched several like Making a Murderer, Wild, Wild Country and Abducted in Plain Sight. Do you have any recommendations of others you watched that were good?

How To Fix a Drug Scandal is a good binge watch:

How to Fix a Drug Scandal is an American true crime documentary miniseries that was released on Netflix on April 1, 2020. The premise revolves around documentary filmmaker Erin Lee Carr following the effects of crime drug lab chemists Sonja Farak and Annie Dookhan and their tampering with evidence and its aftereffects.

McMillions was excellent...not sure it is on any of the streaming services now...I believe it originally came out on HBO?
Another that was outstanding: Operation Odessa

Cocaine Cowboys is interesting too.
LOVED it, and the part that has always stuck with me was the interview with hitman/enforcer Rivi Ayala and how he seemed like a likeable, regular dude, maybe even somebody you could be friends with, and his attitude that all of the murders were nothing personal, but "just business".

Dr Death was good on Peacock.
Was going to suggest that. I think it actually worked better as a docu-drama than a true documentary since the doctor's motivations (evil? incompetent? addict? yes?!) were so opaque.

Aren’t you guys like a decade and a half late on Cocaine Cowboys? Or did they make a newer one?
Wondering the same thing.

* See how easy that was vhcat70? Someone posted something else I wanted to respond to after I initially hit POST REPLY so rather than having a string of 19 posts in a row from me, I just edited and consolidated.

Easy peasy.

Cocaine Cowboys was really good. However, The lawyers for those guys are on the same level as the drug dealers imo.

They basically put out hit list and then pretend they didn't. Just no conscience.

Sal's girlfriend is definitely outhouse rat crazy.
Yes she was. Some people have zero qualms about what's going on around them as long as they are getting paid.

OJ: Made In America is probably my favorite documentary ever, but y'all have probably already seen it.

How to Become a Tyrant on Netflix is pretty good. Peter Dinklage being narrator makes it better

Fursonas on Pluto. If you are trying to understand what is going on in Meade County High School, this will give you something else to ponder.
