It's either noon or 3:30 since all Big Ten primetime games are set before the season.

Since its a road game, I'll hope that it's at noon.

I believe it'll be 3:30.
I don't think they'd make Wisconsin fans go to an 11am local kickoff time

This has a Beth Mowins Special at noon written all over it.

Well that should cause trick or treating fighting in my house!

I'm drawing a line in the sand. Assuming a noon kick, I'll partake in Halloween festivities with the kids when the game is over. If it's a 3:30 kick, that complicates matters for me.

Should be in the next hour or so. Can't see them exercising a 6-day option for this one.

Meh. I can tell you exactly which houses in my neighborhood I was standing in front of listening to a handheld radio during the 2009 UConn Halloween game when each of the last 3 TDs were scored. At least you've got WatchESPN now.

Wisconsin kids love the 11:00 AM start. Roll out of bed, go to the game, jump around, head back home for an afternoon nap, then go out on the town for the whole night.
