Definitive Argument

One thing he didn't address is that Minn still has a chance to beat Wisconsin this weekend. That would make for a rematch in the B1G cg and further devalue OSU's SOS. No matter one of the two will no longer be Top 25.

You mean shouldn't be. Minn was #25 and lost to osu, yet minn remained #25

If they win @Neb and @Wis they will be Top 25 at the end of the season. That is all that matters.

Whether they will stay in with a loss in the cg is debatable.

The real problem with Minnesota getting to the B10 championship game is how much them beating OSU could bolster TCU's resume. That could easily knock us out. worrying about how many teams a conference might have in the top 25 is just silly. 25 is a totally arbitrary number. Danny Kanell might not get that but Condaleeza Rice will.
