...I will be playing a lot of golf in the Lexington area once I get back from the PGA Championship.
(Officially moving in to our house on Monday)

I have played Kearney and Griffin Gate. Just curious about other courses in a 20 mile radius.

University Club is nice! There’s two courses there, the Wildcat and Big Blue. I’ve only played the Wildcat course but it’s a nice place overall. Connemara in Nicholasville is a good links-style course.

I didn’t realize University Club was public.

Kearney Hill is beautiful too! I'd say that it's Lexington's equivalent to a U.S. Open style course. Really challenging unless you're an absolute bomber.

Kearney might be the least fun course I’ve played. It’s well maintained but doesn’t really have any character.... just a facsimile of a links course.
