If you want to smoke your own, Greenlee's Grocery in Kilmichael is the place to buy them from, call first as they have to marinate.
Baumhowers in the Foley outlet mall has excellent wings. They also have the best onion rings you’ve ever put in your mouth. Our local Pizza Hut has great wings but I’ve tried them at other huts and they didn’t stand up. Once a year I just have to have some Dodges convenience store wings.
Bon Temps in orange beach has .75 cent smoked wings and mick ultra for 2.50 on Monday night
Wings are the one thing that I really don't order anymore because I've never had any at a restaurant as good as I can do at home. For chains, I think WingStop was probably the best. There's something about how most chains can't (or don't) cook them long enough versus doing them in the smoker.
The lemon pepper ones done in my air fryer. And as far as I'm concerned if they're boneless then they're chicken nuggets
Slick Pig in Murfreesboro has the best wings I’ve ever had in my life. After the first bite I didn’t put anything on them…..they are smoked to absolute perfection.
After 40+ years I've been surprised a "universal best practice" hasn't been adopted by this point for chains and restaurants not smoking. When they became the rage seems 1 in 10 were undercooked chewy and inedible. Little better now but still run across them and rarely order or even eat any when offered.
That said, now that wings have been brought up, might make a run to WingStop and try again for the game tonight. Their fries are great too.

They were good wings and Tuesday night was $5 for any burger on the menu. But alas Bon Temps is no more. Not sure if he just closed it down or sold it to someone but I saw a post on FB that it was gone.
I’ve heard that from numerous folks, DCD… I’ve never been able to make it out there.

Mine on the grill where I spread them out with a skewer are high level as well. All you need is a little olive oil salt amd pepper. And of course melt butter into your sauce, whatever you choose.
But 2 Bros and Kenova are my top 2.
If your ever in Lafayette, La go to Laura’s II. Get there before 10am and the line is around the block. Sell out daily. Probably the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Not joking

Smoked wings from local BBQ places usually. Regardless, wings are extremely overpriced. Especially for what was once considered a throw away item.
Kookaburra wings are consistent and very good. The Ahi Tuna at Outback is excellent. I’ve eaten tuna all along the coast and very very few are better than Outback.
Next thing you know somebody will be selling chicken necks as an exotic item.
It’s the most random eating establishment. Their hours constantly fluctuate and sometimes they aren’t even open but when they’re open it’s fantastic.
Meh, —— go on down to Peg Leg Pete’s, sit at the bar, get some boiled shrimp, raw oysters and ice cold beer!
I like to smoke wings after marinating them in hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, and dried mustard. Spoon the marinade over them as they cook.
