love Babers to cuse, and Richt to miami.....muschamp to south carolina is a head scratcher, he didn't do anything in Gainesville except piss off the fan base, sometimes the same guys get recycled
Ash and others are wait and see

It is all wait & see
- have heard various 'experts' express genuine uncertainty regarding the Richt to Miami move - they are basically saying it is a real life "box of chocolates" - which Richt shows up? Does the Richt that shows up actually match with the current culture - or the best case of what it can be?

I think the richt hire is the best . I would also put lsu's decision to keep miles as a great coaching move . The worst are probably Rutgers and Maryland.

Richt is the best and safest hire.
Mendenhall and Fuente are probably tied after that.
Aside from those guys I feel like Ash is as good or better than the other coaching hires as far as safest hire and highest ceiling goes. Also feel like Ash is a good fit for RU.

Richt is certainly the safest hire. Much like judging a recruiting class based on the stars on signing day, it's actually best to wait and see how they actually perform. A great coach could be a bad fit.

And while Syracuse might be career suicide, some guys really like a challenge -- and a bigger paycheck than you can get in the MAC.
