I'm not a huge fan of the checkerboard. But I like winning online polls. All the same, I would prefer a redesign on our jerseys.
It's not that they aren't flashy, they're just butt uglyI don't really mind them because they are synonymous with winning championships like Secretariat. I have read and heard others say they liked Kentucky's uniforms, I don't know how cool you can get but two historic programs in college football don't need any flashy uniforms. Alabama and Penn State don't need anything changed to be among the best, evidently a lot of people do like Kentucky's or we wouldn't still be wearing them.

My guess is Kentucky/Nike are trying to give the checkers enough time to become tradition/iconic before discussing a change, similar to the UNCheat argyle. We may not like it now (or ever), but it 20 more years it could be a Kentucky basketball tradition. I don't mind the checkers, but just wish they were a little more subdued. In fact, there isn't hardly anything I like about these current Nike unis. I say, keep the checkers, but get a redesign.
Best jerseys we have had in the last 20 years.I wish they'd go back to something simple like this:

But Tennessee had it first, so we're basically copying them. It's not our tradition and never will be.
The checkerboard thing is a complete rip off.

As much as I hate them, Kansas retro and Duke homes are the best looking jerseys in basketball.
If Kentucky would get it’s head out of its ***, we are capable of some of the best looking jerseys in basketball and football. Our baseball team is proof.

That SEC tourney had the best uniforms. New fitted to today's lengths etc but spot on traditional and that's what a blue blood should try for.I wish they'd go back to something simple like this:
